Industrial and Field Visit | Faculty of Applied Science

Mr.G.Naveendrakumar, Senior Lecturer Dept. of Bio-Science , Ms.K.G.S.Madhushani, Ms.Samitha Ranasinghe, Assistant Lecturers, Mr.M.M.L.M. Hickmathullah and Ms.J.M.N.H. Jeyaweera, Ms.C.D.Kottage, Demonstrators, 1st and 2nd year students of the Department of Bio Science went for field visit to collect the soil samples from different areas in Vavuniya district on 9^th January2020.

Fourth year Computer Science and ICT students visited the Library at the Kilinochchi premises of University of Jaffna for the Information session on the role of IEEE Xplore for students and faculty’s career development conducted by SDC/UOJ in collaboration with the Library presented by the Resource person: Dr.Dhanu Pattanashetti, Senior IEE Client Services/ University Partnership Program Manager, IEEE, Bangalore, India on 14th January 2020.

3^rd and 4^th year Environmental Science students were taken to the educational field visit to Adampan integrated farm, Donkey clinic and bird watching session in mannar on 17^th February 2021 by the staff members of Dept. of Bio-science Dr.(Ms).A.Nanthakumaran, Dr.(Ms).J.Nimalan and Dr.S.Wijeyamohan, funded by AHEAD ELTA-ELSE.

3^rd and 4^th year Environmental Science students were taken to the educational field visit to Mangulam to observe Animal Behavior on 24^th February 2021 by the staff members of Dept. of Bio-science Dr.(Ms).J.Nimalan, Dr.S.Wijeyamohan and Temporary Lecturers and Demonstrators funded by AHEAD ELTA-ELSE.
