Welcome to the Faculty of Applied Science at the University of Vavuniya. Since our beginnings in the Northern Province Affiliated University College in 1991, and formally established in 1997, we have been dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a love for science.
Our programs combine strong academic foundations with practical learning, research opportunities, and industry collaboration, ensuring that our graduates enjoy 100% employability. We take pride in providing a ragging-free campus, a supportive and approachable faculty, and a pleasant learning environment even in the warm Vavuniya weather.
