Best Speaker is an all island inter – university public speaking contest organized by the University of Kelaniya Gavel Club. This will be the best opportunity for you to shine as a public speaker.
Aligning with the new normal, Best Speaker 2021, will be held on a virtual platform.
The Registration Process of Best Speaker 2021 started on 21st September 2021 and the Registrations will be closed on 9th October 2021.
