Electronics Workshop for Vavuniya Rambaikulam Girls’ National School
The Department of Physical Science successfully organized a practical-oriented workshop and seminar on electronics for Advanced Level Physical Science and Biological Science students from Vavuniya Rambaikulam Girls’ National School.
Held on July 09, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the program was initiated at the request of the school principal and conducted under the Vice Chancellor’s direction.
Around 80 students participated in and benefited from the workshop, which took place in the Electronics and Computer Laboratories of the Department at the university’s faculty premises.
The workshop featured the expertise of Mr. S. Kuhanesan, Senior Lecturer, Dr. S. Kirushanth, Senior Lecturer, and Mr. K. Mathanaharan , Lecturer, who served as resource persons. They were supported by temporary instructors and demonstrators from the Department of Physical Science.
Senior Professor A. Atputharajah, the Vice Chancellor, and Dr. M. Kayanan, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science, also attended the inaugural session of the workshop.
