Workshop – Materials, Tools, and Techniques of Mushroom Production 2023

Undergraduate students at level 3 and interested staff at the Department of Bio-science obtained practical experience in commercial mushroom production steps demonstrated by Mr. C. Kajaruban (Resource person to facilitate mushroom production) on 15th June 2023. More than 45 participants actively participated in the practical demonstration at the Department of Bio-science, University of Vavuniya. The visit has been arranged by Dr. (Ms.) J. Nimalan (Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Bio-science) and coordinated by Mr. G. Naveendrakumar (Activity Coordinator/AHEAD ELTA-ELSE Dept. DP) under the AHEAD grant sub-activity 1.1/1.2.
