PenBin Love Launch
On June 5, 2025, the University of Vavuniya proudly celebrated the launch of the PenBin Love initiative, marking a meaningful step towards a zero-plastic, zero-waste future. With the unwavering support of our staff and the Zero Plastic Vavuniya Community, our enthusiastic students united to create PenBin – a simple yet innovative way to collect and recycle used pens and stationery. This initiative not only reduces plastic waste but also inspires awareness, responsibility, and teamwork across the campus. Together, we are proving that even small actions, like recycling a pen, can create lasting impact for a cleaner, greener world.
