Eco-Bags Project

In September 2025, the Environmental Science Society (ENSOC) launched its Eco-Bags Project, an inspiring initiative that turned old, unused fabrics into practical and stylish laptop cover bags. The project highlighted the society’s commitment to creative waste reduction, proving that even discarded materials can be given a second life with purpose. More than just a craft activity, it became a movement for sustainability—raising awareness among students and staff about rethinking consumption habits and reducing textile waste. By offering the eco-bags to lecturers, the project not only promoted responsible reuse but also strengthened the society’s identity as a pioneer in sustainable campus initiatives.
