Registration

We are delighted to announce that this year’s conference is broadening its scope to engage a global academic and research community. We cordially invite submissions in the following categories: Full Papers, Extended Abstracts, and Poster Abstracts. All accepted contributions will be published in the Google Scholar–indexed digital research repository of the University of Vavuniya and will be considered for inclusion in the Vavuniya Journal of Science (VJS), further enhancing the visibility and impact of your research.

Payment Details

Go to the VAU Payments Portal and open the Conference tab and select the Author Type. Fill out the form, including your Paper ID, and select International Conference on Applied Sciences as your conference. Complete the payment using your preferred method.

Note: Keep your payment slip or reference document with you in case it is needed for inquiries.

How to Pay

Option 1 (Over The Counter Payment such as Slip / Wire Transfer / Foreign Apps)

  1. You will get a unique 16-digit account number.
  2. Pay using a bank slip, wire transfer, or supported apps (e.g., Wise, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay).
  3. Keep your receipt/slip safely.

Option 2 (Card Payment)

  1. You will be taken to a secure checkout page.
  2. Amount payable = Actual fee + commission fee.
  3. Enter your card details, complete the payment, and get an instant receipt.

After Payment

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you automatically once your payment is received.
  • For card payments and other methods, the time for funds to reach us may vary:
    • Local payments – usually faster.

    • Foreign payments – may take longer.

  • As a standard, please allow up to 3 working days to receive your confirmation email.

  • If you do not receive the confirmation email after 3 working days, please send your payment proof (receipt/slip) to icas2025@vau.ac.lk so we can confirm it manually.
