Submission guidelines for authors

The research session is an excellent platform for the researchers to disseminate their research outcomes and foster opportunities for research collaboration and innovation. The authors are invited to submit their extended abstract based on their authentic research work under the following conference tracks.

  • Mathematics and Statistics
  • Computer Science and Software Engineering
  • Information Technology and Information Systems
  • Agriculture and Biosystems Technology
  • Environmental Science
  • Life Science

Research work presented or published elsewhere in the same or a similar form should NOT be submitted for FARS2024. The first author has to obtain consent from co-authors before manuscript submission. The extended abstract should include the introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusion, and references according to the given guidelines. The submitted extended abstracts will be subjected to the blind review process by two relevant research experts. Acceptance will be notified to the author, and the editorial board will make the final decision based on the reviewers’ comments.

Once accepted, authors are expected to make the final submission according to the guidelines incorporated with reviewers’ comments. The notification of the confirmed acceptance will be notified to the authors. Abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings of FARS 2024 and will be available on the university website. The primary author or co-author must present the paper at the FARS 2024. The presentation should be in English.

The editorial board of FARS 2024 reserves the right to reject all non-compliant manuscripts. Authors are requested to submit the extended abstracts in electronic form using Microsoft CMT. (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/FARS2024/)
